Paramount Programs roots date back to the early 1990’s when our founder was engaged to perform a market research study relating to residential community associations nationwide. An unrelated byproduct of that study was the identification that community associations had common purchasing needs, regardless of their geographic location. By encouraging the formerly independent associations to band together into a single, larger national association for the purposes of buying products and services as a group our business was born.
